Oil and Vinegar Grilled Chicken Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Cut-up chicken | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Wine vinegar |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Sugar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dry mustard |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Tarragon |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Rosemary |
1 | Garlic - minced | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Freshly ground black pepper |
Mix in a pt. jar and shake vigorously. Pour into shallow dish. (I use
a Ziploc bag) Place chicken pieces. in marinade and turn to coat. Cover and marinate overnight. Grill skin side up about 8" from heat. Turn every 10 minutes for an hour or until fork tender.
