Mustard Grilled Kabobs Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Chicken thighs - boneless,- skinless 1 1/2" cubes |
2 | Green or red peppers - 1 1/2" squares (large) | |
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Margarine - melted |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Grey Poupon country Dijon or Dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chopped scallions |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Lemon juice |
1 | Garlic clove - minced |
Alternately thread chicken cubes and pepper squares onto 4 skewers; set aside.
In small bowl, blend margarine, mustard, scallions, lemon juice and garlic.
Grill kabobs 6 inches from heat source for 15 to 20 minutes or until done, turning and brushing frequently with mustard sauce.
