Moon's Marinated Flank Steak

Recipe Ingredients

1		Flank steak
2		Garlic crushed
2 1/2 tablespoons	37ml	Vinegar
1/4 cup	59ml	Honey
1 1/2 teaspoons	7.5ml	Ginger
3/4 cup	177ml	Vegetable oil

Recipe Instructions

Combine all and marinate overnight.

Or freeze in Ziploc bag and refrigerate the night before cooking.

Grill as usual.
