1/4 cup 59mlLemon juice
2 teaspoons 10mlCelery salt
2 teaspoons 10mlGarlic powder

2 teaspoons 10mlOnion powder

Recipe Instructions

Grill over indirect heat (coals on opposite side of grill).

Baste every 45 min or so.
