Marinated Grilled Portobello Mushrooms Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Portobello mushrooms |
(preferably whole) | ||
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Parsley - chopped |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried tarragon |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Black pepper - freshly |
Ground | ||
1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil |
Wipe mushrooms clean with damp cloth. Place in medium bowl. Add lemon juice; toss to coat. Add parsley, tarragon, salt, pepper and olive oil; stir well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
