Marinated Grilled Chicken Breast Recipe - Cooking Index
4 | Chicken breasts - with the bone | |
Marinade | ||
1 cup | 237ml | Chardonnay |
1/4 cup | 59ml | White wine vinegar |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Brandy |
3 | Garlic cloves - chopped | |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Dijon mustard |
12 sections | Rosemary | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
Freshly ground pepper | ||
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Crushed black pepper |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh thyme - chopped |
Combine the wine, vinegar and brandy in a saucepan and cook over high heat until reduced by half. Let cool. Add the garlic, oil and remaining ingredients.
Pour over chicken breasts and let marinate over night. Remove chicken from marinade and pat dry.
Grill over medium low heat being careful not to let fire flare up and burn chicken.
Grill until golden, about 10-12 minutes.
Serve with an assortment of grilled vegetables, and enjoy with Chardonnay.
