Grilled Rosemary Lake Trout Recipe - Cooking Index
4 | Lake trout steaks | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Rosemary - minced |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Lemon rind - grated |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Coarse cracked black pepper |
1 | Garlic - minced | |
Lemon wedges - fresh |
Combine the minced rosemary, lemon rind, pepper and garlic; press into each fish steak.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Grill 4-5 min per side.
Garnish with lemon wedges,
