Grilled Oriental Pork Chops Recipe - Cooking Index
4 | Boneless pork chops 1/2 in | |
- to 3/4 inch thick | ||
Marinade | ||
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Soy sauce |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Honey |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil or vegetable oil |
3 | Garlic cloves - minced | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground ginger |
In heavy resealable plastic bag, combine the marinade ingredients.
Add the pork chops and turn chops to coat evenly. Seal bag and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or even better for 8 hours.
Grill uncovered over MEDIUM heat for 10 to 12 minutes or until juices run clear, turning once.
