Grilled Marinated Steak And Vegetables Recipe - Cooking Index
2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Boneless steak - (top round, sirloin or flank) |
1 cup | 237ml | Italian salad dressing |

12 oz | 340g | Large - fresh white Monterrey mushrooms cut in half (about 3-3/4 cups) |
1 | Red onion - cut in 8 wedges (large) | |
2 | Zucchini - cut in 1-inch (small) | |

8 | Cherry tomatoes (large) |
Marinate steak in 1/2 cup of the salad dressing for 15 minutes.
Place in the center of preheated grill rack or grill. Discard marinade. Cook steak about 5 minutes; turn.
Place fresh mushrooms, onion and zucchini around steak. Brush vegetables lightly with Italian dressing.
Cook until meat is done as desired and vegetables are tender, adding tomatoes a few minutes before steak is done.
Let steak stand for 5 minutes before carving. Toss vegetables in any remaining dressing.
