Grilled Marinated Steak And Vegetables

Serves: 6 people

Recipe Ingredients

2 lbs 908g / 32ozBoneless steak - (top round, sirloin or flank)
1 cup 237mlItalian salad dressing
  Divided
12 oz 340gLarge - fresh white Monterrey mushrooms cut in half (about 3-3/4 cups)
1   Red onion - cut in 8 wedges (large)
2   Zucchini - cut in 1-inch (small)
1   (about 2 cups)
8   Cherry tomatoes (large)

Recipe Instructions

Marinate steak in 1/2 cup of the salad dressing for 15 minutes.

Place in the center of preheated grill rack or grill. Discard marinade. Cook steak about 5 minutes; turn.

Place fresh mushrooms, onion and zucchini around steak. Brush vegetables lightly with Italian dressing.

Cook until meat is done as desired and vegetables are tender, adding tomatoes a few minutes before steak is done.

Let steak stand for 5 minutes before carving. Toss vegetables in any remaining dressing.
