Grilled Marinated Cobia Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Bay leaves | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Thyme |
1 cup | 237ml | Vinegar |
Cobia - 1 to 1-1/2" steaks |
Prepare marinade by blending 2 bay leaves, 1/2 tsp thyme and 1 Cup wine vinegar. Heat in saucepan to blend flavors; Cool before marinating. Submerge steaks and marinade for 30 minutes or longer in marinade. Drain before cooking.
Grill approximately 12 minutes, turning once, approximately 3" from the charcoal.
Suggestions: Substitute some of prepared salad dressings for marinade.
