Grilled Lake Trout With Garlic And Sun Dried Tomato Recipe - Cooking Index

4 tablespoons | 60ml | Parsley |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Sun dried tomatoes |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil |
1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Lake trout fillet |
Finely mince the garlic, parsley and sun dried tomatoes.
Sprinkle with salt and stir in the oil.
Store, covered in the refrigerator overnight.
Cut the fillet into 4 portions and smear the tomato mixture over them.
Grill over medium heat for 4-5 min per side.
