Grilled Lake Trout With Cajun Seasoning Recipe - Cooking Index
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Paprika |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dried thyme |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Dried oregano |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Ground red pepper or more |
1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Lake trout fillet |
Combine the first 7 ingredients. Sprinkle the mixture over both sides of the fillet.
Let rest 10 minutes
Cut fillet into 4 portions.
Grill 4-5 min per side until done.
