Grilled Honey Mustard Chicken Sandwich Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Grey Poupon Parisian mustard |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Honey |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lime juice |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic powder |
4 | Chicken breasts - boneless, | |

4 | Steak or hoagie rolls | |
- split and toasted | ||
4 | Leaves curly leaf lettuce | |
8 | Tomato slices |
In small bowl, combine mustard, honey, lime juice and garlic powder; reserve 1/2 cup mustard mixture.
Grill chicken breasts 6" from heat source for 6 to 10 minutes or until done, turning and brushing with remaining mustard mixture occasionally.
On the bottom of each roll place lettuce leaf, 2 tomato slices, 1 chicken breast; top with 2 tbs reserved mustard mixture and roll top.
