Grilled Herb Schnitzel Recipe - Cooking Index

2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Wine vinegar |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Olive oil |
17 1.6666666666667E+14/2.5E+14 oz | 501g | Chicken breast filets |

1. Wash the herbs and chop the leaves finely.(parsley, basil, mint, for example )
2. Chop the onion finely and mix with herbs, lemon juice, vinegar and oil together.
3. Slice the filets into thin slices and ,between two sheets of wax paper, pound flat lightly.
4. Salt and pepper to taste.
5. On a preheated grill, grill each side for 1 1/2 minutes.
6. Arrange on plate and pour the herb mix over all.
7. Serve with a good red wine.
