Grilled Hamburgers With Sour Cream And Herbs Recipe - Cooking Index
2 2/3 lbs | 1210g / 42oz | Lean ground beef |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Sour cream |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced fresh thyme or 1 tsp - dried |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Minced fresh parsley |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Minced fresh rosemary or |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Dried - crumbled |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Pepper |
Thoroughly combine first 6 ingredients in medium bowl. Shape beef mixture into 8 1-inch thick patties.
Cover and chill at least 1 hour or up to 8 hours. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat).
Place burgers on grill. Cover grill and cook burgers to desired doneness, about 4 minutes for medium rare.
