Grilled Garlic Shrimp Recipe - Cooking Index

1/2 cup | 55g / 1.9oz | Mixed herbs - ( basil, tarragon |

1 | Garlic minced | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Shallots minced |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Olive oil - extra virgin |
Peel shrimp and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
In bowl, combine herbs, garlic, shallots and shrimp. Oil a cookie sheet with olive oil.
Place shrimp in a pan and grill 2 minutes on each side or until pink on each side.
Then place in oiled sheet and bake in a 350 preheated oven for 2 minutes or until browned.
Serve as an appetizer.
