2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | All-purpose flour |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Sugar |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Garlic powder |
1 cup | 237ml | 1% low-fat milk |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Margarine - melted |
Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; stir well. Add milk and margarine, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened. Yield: 16 biscuits (serving size: 1 biscuit).
