Grilled Citrus Chicken Recipe - Cooking Index

| 1 | Orange | |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Water |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Or more sugar |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic powder |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Basil |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Thyme |
| Salt and pepper | ||
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Avocado oil - (any will do) |
| 2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Chicken breast |
Place the chicken in a non-metallic container, I use a gallon size Ziploc bag.
Cut the limes, lemon, and orange into large chunks. Place them in a blender with the rest of the ingredients. Process until smooth, about 1 minute.
Pour on chicken and marinate for 1-2 days.
Place on grill or bake in oven until done.
