Grilled Chinese Barbecued Pork Chops Recipe - Cooking Index

Tipsy Marinade | ||
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Barbecue sauce, your favorite |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Sugar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dry sherry or plum wine |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Dark soy sauce |
1/3 teaspoon | 1.7ml | 5-spice powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1 | Garlic - mashed |
Mix all the marinade ingredients together and pour over pork chops.
Marinate for 3-4 hours in refrigerator or for 1/2 hour un-refrigerated.
Barbecue pork chops for 15 minutes on each side, basting with leftover marinade every few minutes.
