Grilled Chicken Satay Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3 | Boned and skinned chicken breasts | |
| Marinade | ||
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Soy sauce | 
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Peanut oil | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Ginger root - chopped | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground cumin | 
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground coriander | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Brown sugar | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Chili powder | 
1. Cut chicken breasts into strips.
2. Combine marinade ingredient and add to chicken; marinate 2 hours or overnight.
3. Thread chicken on presoaked bamboo skewers and grill over medium heat until cooked thoroughly.
