Greek Marinade For Kabobs - 2

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Oregano
2 tablespoons	30ml	Olive oil
2 tablespoons	30ml	Lemon juice
1 teaspoon	5ml	Soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon	1.3ml	Ground white pepper
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Rosemary - ground
1 teaspoon	5ml	Garlic clove - minced (large)
1		Bay leaf

Recipe Instructions

In small bowl combine marinade ingredients and place meat into it.

Marinate about 4 hours in refrigerator or 1 hour at room temperature.

Broil or grill chops until desired doneness.

For 4 lamb chops, 2 pork chops, 4 chicken breasts or 2 veal chops
