Greek Marinade For Kabobs - 2 Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Oregano |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Soy sauce |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Ground white pepper |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Rosemary - ground |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic clove - minced (large) |
1 | Bay leaf |
In small bowl combine marinade ingredients and place meat into it.
Marinate about 4 hours in refrigerator or 1 hour at room temperature.
Broil or grill chops until desired doneness.
For 4 lamb chops, 2 pork chops, 4 chicken breasts or 2 veal chops
