Greek Marinade For Kabobs - 1 Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Extra virgin olive oil |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Dry white wine |
Two lemons - juice of | ||
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Fresh minced oregano - (or 1 tbsp dried) |
4 | Garlic - minced, up to 5 | |
3 | Dried bay leaves - broken into small pieces | |
Freshly ground black peppercorn |
Whisk all ingredients in glass bowl.
Apply to lamb or beef.
Let marinate 4 hours or overnight.
