Greek Marinade - Chicken Or Lamb Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Olive oil |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Lemon juice |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Oregano - (crush in the palm of your hand) |
2 | Garlic - crushed | |
Salt to taste ~1 tsp. |
This works well for items that are broiled or baked.
Variation: Dill marinade
Use the above recipe, substitute 4 tsp. chopped fresh dill for the oregano - this one is good for beef as well.
