Garlic Steak Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Beef top round steak - cut 1 inch thick |
1/4 cup | 59ml | A-1¨ steak sauce |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vegetable oil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cracked black pepper |
2 | Garlic - crushed |
Combine steak sauce, oil, pepper and garlic. Place steak in bag; add marinade, turning to coat.
Close bag securely and marinade in refrigerator for at least 1 hour, turning once.
Remove steak from marinade; place steak on broiler in broiler pan so surface of meat is 3-4 inches from heat.
Broil or grill 15 to 18 minutes to desired doneness (rare to medium rare) turning once.
NOTES : We have grilled this recipe with same success.
