Chile And Lime Chicken Wings Recipe - Cooking Index
5 lbs | 2270g / 80oz | Chicken wings - separated |
1 cup | 237ml | Lime juice |
4 oz | 113g | Green chilies - peeled and sliced |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Garlic powder |
2 1/2 tablespoons | 37ml | Paprika |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Salt |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Lemon pepper |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Soy sauce |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Vegetable or olive oil |
Puree the chilies in a food processor or blender Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
Marinade for at least 2 hours refrigerated. I usually marinade 3 hours or so.
Grill wings, basting as needed with saved marinade. Wings are done when they don't stick to the grill.
If you want to add a little kick to 'em, throw a tablespoon of cayenne in the mix.
