Chile And Lime Chicken Wings

Recipe Ingredients

5 lbs 2270g / 80ozChicken wings - separated
1 cup 237mlLime juice
4 oz 113gGreen chilies - peeled and sliced
4 tablespoons 60mlGarlic powder
2 1/2 tablespoons 37mlPaprika
2 tablespoons 30mlSalt
1 tablespoon 15mlLemon pepper
1 tablespoon 15mlSoy sauce
1/4 cup 59mlVegetable or olive oil

Recipe Instructions

Puree the chilies in a food processor or blender Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Marinade for at least 2 hours refrigerated. I usually marinade 3 hours or so.

Grill wings, basting as needed with saved marinade. Wings are done when they don't stick to the grill.

If you want to add a little kick to 'em, throw a tablespoon of cayenne in the mix.
