| Garlic salt | ||
| Onion salt | ||
| Freshly ground pepper | ||
| Peanut Sauce | ||
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Peach preserves |
| 1/4 cup | 59ml | Whipping cream |
| 1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Peanut butter - up to 1/3 |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Soy sauce |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh lemon juice |
Preheat broiler. Sprinkle chicken with garlic and onion salts and pepper.
Place on rack and broil or grill 4 to 6 inches from heat until crisp and brown.
Serve hot or at room temperature.
Peanut Sauce: Combine in processor and serve at room temperature.
