Chicken Barbeque Sauce - Ed's Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/3 cup | 78ml | Olive oil |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Water |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Onion - grated |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic puree |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Sugar |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Paprika |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Fresh ground black pepper |
| 1/3 teaspoon | 1.7ml | Dry mustard |
| 1 1/4 teaspoons | 6.3ml | Worcestershire sauce |
| 1 1/4 teaspoons | 6.3ml | Tabasco |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Tarragon vinegar |
Combine all ingredients and simmer about 25 minutes.
Use as a basting sauce when grilling or spit barbecuing chicken.
