Charcoal Grilled Shiitakes Recipe - Cooking Index
8 oz | 227g | Shiitakes |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Olive oil |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Tamari |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Garlic - crushed |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Rosemary - minced |
Salt and black pepper | ||
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Maple syrup |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sesame oil - optional |
Rinse mushrooms. Remove and discard stems.
Toss mushrooms with remaining ingredients and marinate for 5 minutes.
Grill caps over coals until lightly charred.
Serve hot.
