Bourbon Marinated Grilled Salmon Recipe - Cooking Index
3 lbs | 1362g / 48oz | Salmon - fresh, skinned and boned |
Oil | ||
2 cups | 474ml | Bourbon |
2 cups | 474ml | Soy sauce |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Ginger - fresh |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Pepper - black |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chili powder |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Garlic - minced |
1 1/2 oz | 42g | Sesame oil |
Cover salmon with oil.
Mix all other ingredients together to make marinade.
Marinate salmon overnight.
Grill over mesquite until flaky.
