Blistering Brochettes

Recipe Ingredients

2 tablespoons 30mlFresh Tabasco peppers - chopped
1/2 cup 118mlRed wine
1 tablespoon 15mlSoy sauce
1 tablespoon 15mlVegetable oil
1 tablespoon 15mlOnion - minced (small)
2   Garlic - minced
1 teaspoon 5mlDried thyme
1 teaspoon 5mlDried oregano
4   Chicken breasts, cut in 1 1/2 inch - cubes
1   Onion, cut in wedges (medium)
12   Mushrooms (large)
12   Cherry tomatoes

Recipe Instructions

Combine Tabasco, wine, soy sauce, oil, minced onion, garlic, thyme, and oregano. Toss chicken breast cubes in mixture and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

Thread chicken, onion wedges, mushrooms, and tomatoes on skewers. Grill over coals for 10-12 minutes, until chicken is done. Baste with marinade mixture during grilling.
