Beer Grilled Flank Steak Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Consomme | |
2/3 cup | 157ml | Soy sauce |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Green onion - chopped |
6 tablespoons | 90ml | Lime juice |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Brown sugar |
1 | Garlic - crushed | |
2 | Flank steaks (large) | |
2 cups | 474ml | Beer |
Combine first 6 ingredients and pour over steaks in a dish.
Pour beer over all and let marinade 24 hours.
Grill over medium heat coals until done to your liking.
To serve, slice thinly across the grain.
