Tortellini With White Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

3 tablespoons 45mlButter
1 cup 237mlHeavy cream
1 cup 237mlSliced mushrooms
4 tablespoons 60mlGrated romano cheese
3 oz 85gProsciutto - (Italian ham), dic
8 oz 227gSpinach tortellini
2   Garlic - chopped
8 oz 227gCheese tortellini
1/2 cup 118mlFresh or frozen peas
  Chopped fresh parsley

Recipe Instructions

Melt the butter in a large skillet. Add mushrooms, garlic and prosciutto.

Sauteefor 2 to 3 minutes. Add peas, cream and cheese. Cook until sauce thickens. Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain. Add tortellini to sauce. Toss until well coated. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.
