1/3 cup | 78ml | Black pepper |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Coriander powder |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Cinnamon |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Clove - ground |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Cumin |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Cardamom - ground |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Nutmeg - ground |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Paprika - ground |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Curry powder |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Dried limes - ground |
Mix all ingredients. Store in a tightly sealed jar.
