1 | Cappelini; cook - drain | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Olive oil |
4 | Garlic - mince | |
3 | Plum tomatoes; peel - seed, chop (large) | |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Arrugula |
2 | Baby clams |
In olive oil, sauteegarlic; add tomatoes. Sautee5 minutes. Add arrugula and clam juice. Wilt arrugula. Add clams and heat through. Toss with cooked pasta.
