Fred Goslin's Beef Supreme

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24ozBeef chuck steak - boneless
  Into 1/2" cubes
1/4 cup 15g / 0.5ozFlour
3/4 teaspoon 3.8mlSalt
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlPepper
1 teaspoon 5mlOnion - chopped (medium)
2 tablespoons 30mlButter
1   Cream of celery soup - condensed
1   Cream of mushroom soup condensed
3   Potatoes cut into 1/2" cubes (medium)
3   Carrots thinly sliced (medium)
1 tablespoon 15mlWorcestershire sauce

Recipe Instructions

Shake beef, flour, salt, and pepper in a plastic bag, until beef is coated. Set aside.

Place onion and butter in a 3 qt casserole, microwave on high (100%) until onion are tender, 3-4 minutes.

Stir beef and remaining ingredients into onion sand cover.

Microwave on high (100%) for 5 minutes then reduce power to medium (50%) and continue cooking until beef and potatoes are tender, about 45 minutes, stirring after half the time.

Let stand 5-10 minutes and serve over cooked rice, noodles, or potatoes if desired.
