Fiesta Style Sloppy Joes Recipe - Cooking Index
1 | Pillsbury Grands! Refrigerated flaky biscuits | |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Ground beef |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Onion - chopped (small) |
1 | Green Giant Mexicorn whole kernel corn | |
Red and green peppers | ||
3 1/2 oz | 99g | Condensed tomato soup |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Water |
1 1/4 teaspoons | 6.3ml | Chili powder |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Hot pepper sauce - (up to 1/4) |
Heat oven to 375F.
Bake biscuits as directed on can. Meanwhile, in large skillet brown ground beef, bell pepper and onion; drain.
Stir in remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated. To serve, split warm biscuits; place 2 halves on each plate.
Spoon hot beef mixture over biscuit halves.
