Egg and Beef Scramble Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter | 
| 1 | Dried beef | |
| 6 | Eggs - slightly beaten | |
| 1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper | 
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Milk | 
| 1 | Cream cheese - softened | 
In skillet, melt butter on low heat.
Tear beef into bite-sized pieces. Saute in butter 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned.
Combine eggs with pepper, milk, and cream cheese.
Pour into skillet and slowly cook until cheese is melted and eggs are thoroughly cooked.
