1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion - chopped (small) |
2 cups | 474ml | Uncooked noodles |
1 | Cream of mushroom soup * | |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Milk |
1 cup | 237ml | Water |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried parsley flakes |
4 oz | 113g | Shredded cheddar cheese - (1 c) |
* Cream Of Mushroom soup should be the 10 3/4 oz can of condensed cream of mushroom soup.
Cover and microwave dried beef and 1 cup water in 2-qt casserole on high (100%) to boiling, 2 to 3 minutes; drain. Stir in onion, noodles, soup, milk, water and parsley flakes. Cover and microwave 10 minutes; stir.
Cover and microwave until noodles are tender, 5 to 6 minutes. Stir in cheese. Cover and microwave until melted, 2 to 3 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
