Three Bean Salad Recipe - Cooking Index
16 oz | 454g | Green beans - cut, drained |
2/3 cup | 157ml | Olive oil |
16 oz | 454g | Kidney beans - drained |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Vinegar |
16 oz | 454g | Chick peas - drained |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Oregano - dried |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Onion - sliced thin (large) |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Garlic - chopped |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Pepper - freshly ground |
Drain all beans well. Place in large bowl with a cover. Add all other ingredients. Mix well. Cover and leave at room temperature for at least 2 hours to marinate before serving.
