Corned Beef Noodle Bake

Recipe Ingredients

8 oz 227gNoodles
8 oz 227gPeas - cooked and drained
3 cups 187g / 6.6ozChopped onion
1   Corned beef brisket --
  Diced
4 tablespoons 60mlMargarine
4 tablespoons 60mlFlour
2 teaspoons 10mlSalt
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlGround black pepper
4 cups 948mlMilk
1/4 lb 113g / 4ozGrated cheddar cheese --
  Mild - or American
3/4 cup 109g / 3.8ozCrushed potato chips
  And corn flakes

Recipe Instructions

Cook and drain noodles. Place alternate layers of noodles, peas, onions and corned beef in greased 9x13" pan.

Melt margarine. Add flour, salt and pepper. Add 4 cups of milk.

Cook until thick. Add grated cheese. Stir to melt.

Pour over casserole. Top with crumbs.

Bake at 350F for 1 hour.
