Cheddar Burgers Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Lean ground beef |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Grated cheddar cheese |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Soft bread crumbs |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Minced onion |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Heinz 57 sauce |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Salt |
Sandwich buns - toasted |
Combine first 6 ingredients.
Form into 5 patties.
Grill or broil to desired degree of doneness.
Serve in sandwich buns; top with additional Heinz 57 Sauce, if desired.
