Caper Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Capers* |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Dairy sour cream |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Dijon-style mustard |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Horseradish |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | White vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Sugar |
* Chopped Dill Pickle can be substituted for capers.
Mix all ingredients together and chill.
