2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Beef round - thinly sliced |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Wine vinegar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Oregano |
Salt and pepper |

In skillet, saute garlic in oil until golden. Discard.
Add beef to skillet and brown it on both sides over high heat. Sprinkle meat with vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper.
Cover, cook over low heat 2 minutes longer to let meat absorb flavors.
Serve immediately.
