Canni C' A' Citu (Steak With Vinegar)

Recipe Ingredients

20   Garlic - crushed
2 tablespoons 30mlOlive oil
1 lb 454g / 16ozBeef round - thinly sliced
2 tablespoons 30mlWine vinegar
1 tablespoon 15mlOregano
  Salt and pepper

Recipe Instructions

Award winning Ristorante Jonico 'a Rutta 'e Ciauli.

In skillet, saute garlic in oil until golden. Discard.

Add beef to skillet and brown it on both sides over high heat. Sprinkle meat with vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper.

Cover, cook over low heat 2 minutes longer to let meat absorb flavors.

Serve immediately.
