1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Venison - sliced 1/8" thick |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Soy sauce |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Sugar |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Sesame oil |
1/2 | Green onions - chopped | |
8 | Garlic - crushed | |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Black pepper |
Slice meat thinly into 3-5 inch size.
While meat is half frozen, it is easy to cut thinly.
Mix the sliced meat with the seasoning.
Marinate for several hours (overnight).
Cook in a skillet on medium heat until it's own juice almost disappears.
Serve with rice.
