5 lbs | 2270g / 80oz | Beef short ribs |
2 | Garlic cloves - crushed | |
1/4 cup | 27g / 1oz | Sesame seeds - toasted and crushed |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Finely chopped green onions |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Pepper |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Sesame oil |
2 cups | 474ml | Soy sauce |
1 cup | 198g / 7oz | Sugar |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Oil |
Place short ribs in bowl. Add garlic, sesame seeds, green onions, pepper, sesame oil, soy sauce, sugar and oil and toss to coat meat well.
Cover and let stand at room temperature 2 hours.
Grill over coals or run under broiler, turning and basting often with marinade until meat is tender.
