Beer-Sauced Meatballs

Recipe Ingredients

1   Egg - beaten
1   Condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 cup 146g / 5.1ozSoft bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlSalt
1 lb 454g / 16ozGround beef or chuck
1 lb 454g / 16ozOnion - sliced thin (medium)
1/2 cup 118mlBeer
1/2 teaspoon 2.5mlOregano dried - crushed
1   Peppercorns
  Cooked noodles or rice

Recipe Instructions

In a small bowl, combine egg and 1/4 cup of soup.

Stir in bread crumbs and Place onion, separated into rings, in a 12x7. 5x2" baking dish.

Cover with remaining soup, beer, oregano, and pepper. Pour soup mixture over meatballs.
