4 tablespoons | 60ml | Butter |
3 | Onions - sliced | |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Flour |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Salad oil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Pepper - ground |
2 | Garlic cloves - chopped |
Melt butter in large skillet and saute onions until tender.
Dredge beef cubes in flour and brown them in a separate skillet with oil and butter.
Add browned meat, salt, pepper and garlic to onions. Add enough beer to cover.
Cover tightly and simmer until meat is tender.
