2 tablespoons | 30ml | Bacon drippings |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Onion - chopped (large) |
3 cups | 187g / 6.6oz | Cooked - chopped beef -or- venison roast. |
2 | Potatoes cut in 16 pcs. (medium) | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Flour |
1 | Garlic - minced | |
3 cups | 711ml | Beef broth |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Black pepper |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Seasoned salt |
1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Chili powder |
Brown onion and potatoes in bacon fat.
Add four and brown. Add broth and other ingredients.
Let simmer until tender.
