3 lbs | 1362g / 48oz | Lean beef |
2 | Onions - chopped | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Vinegar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Red pepper |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Black pepper |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Paprika |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Chili powder |
1 cup | 237ml | Catsup |
2 cups | 474ml | Water |
2 | Garlic - minced |
Place all ingredients in a covered pot and bake 5 hours at 350F.
Add more water as necessary.
Supposed to serve 8 but serves about half that many at my house.
