Asian Hot-Que Grill Sauce For Chicken, Beef Or Pork Recipe - Cooking Index
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Brown sugar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Red wine vinegar |
1 cup | 237ml | Ketchup |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Chinese hot - mustard |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Garlic clove - minced (large) |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Soy sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Asian chile - paste with garlic |
Combine all ingredients except chile paste in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, then turn off heat. Stir in chile paste.
To use: Brush on chicken, beef or pork while grilling.
